Change of Size or Unwanted Goods

GreenMonkey Velo will accept the return of unused goods within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging. Please use the contact us page to let us know and we will provide you with the address to send the un-wanted items.

Unfortunately the shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is bourne by you.

GreenMonkey Velo is not liable for the loss of goods being returned. It is recommended to purchase insurance at the time of shipping to help protect yourself. The goods remain property of you until we have confirmed receipt of the returned goods.
